I NZPA-Reuter London j Captain Mark Phillips is to leave the British Armynext spring to become a full-time farmer, Buckingham Palace has announced. He will farm at Gatcombe Park, Gloucestershire, the home the Queen bought for him and Princess Anne. The couple moved into Gatcombe Park with their baby son, Peter three weeks ago. The estate comprises 242 hectares at Gatcombe Park and a further 242 hectares at adjoining Aston Farm, which the Queen bought in October. Speculation that Captain Phillips would concentrate on horse breeding and training was discounted by Mr Ronald Allison, the Queen’s press secretary. “There are no plans to! develop a riding school or stud at Gatcombe Park in; the forseeable future,” he! said.
