Fast yacht times

A fleet of 12 yachts took part in a two-day race staged by the Banks Peninsula Cruising Club at the week-end. The 30km course was from Lyttelton to Port Levy via Whistling Buoy and Wakaroa Point, with the return journey on Sunday.

A moderate north-easterly wind made for good conditions and fast times. Results:-
