Maputo exhibits ‘raid spy’
NZPA-Reuter Maputo Mozambique has accused Rhodesia of preparing a big attack across the border and has put before the public a man they said was a Rhodesian agent flown into the country to get up-to-date information for the raid. Afonso Joane Cotoi, who was produced by Mozambican officials at a press conference, said he and several other men had been sent into the country this month by the Rhodesians. “On the eve of our departure we were told that we {should make the last reconinaissance and send ail information possible for the attack that is being prepared," he said at the press conference.
