Trustees Executors and Agency Company of N.Z., Ltd, reports that its unaudited net profit for the year to March 31, 1977, was $117,987. In addition the company received an unusual item of income amounting to $40,770 after tax. The profit in the previous year was $161,032, but during the year a majority interest in a subsidiary was sold. A final dividend of 6c a share is payable on July 8, ex dividend June 29, making 10c for the year out of realised capital profits.
