Vehicle testing
Sir, — I agree that there is inconsistency in the vehicle testing station at Sockburn. Two years ago my son took both our cars through on the same morning. Mine was failed because the indicators were not blinking fast enough. On his, the blinkers were not looked at. The same thing happened last month. I took mv car through and the blinkers were checked. I took my. father’s car in a week later and they were not looked at. I, too, think the same check should be made on all cars, or do they have a “set” on a certain type of vehicle? — Yours, 'etc. P. DRUMMOND. May 23, 1977.
