Three members of the New Zealand under-20 fencing 'team to compete in the AusI tralian championships in Mel--1 bourne next month are entries in the Canterbury under-23 titles to be decided this week-end.

Stephen Tillman, Jane Lindsay and Katherine Johns, all from Christchurch, are the New Zealand representatives who will be favoured to win titles at the championships. The normal events will be held — foils, sabre and epee for men, and foil for women. There are several entries from outside Christchurch including three from Nelson and a former New Zealand under-20 representative, Martin Brill, from Auckland.
