Resumption of bonuses
Bonus payments have been resumed for members of the Meat Workers’ Union employed at the Woolston tannery of G. L. Bowron, Ltd. This follows a meeting of the workers last week, at which they approved an interim agreement reached earlier between the union and the company. The company has increased its bonus payments to the workers.
