Director guilty
PA Auckland; A former company' director, Mark Craig, has been found guilty by Mr B. H. Blackwood, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court at Auck- ! land on 49 charges related to defaults in keeping accounts, registers, and company records. A further 14 charges were dismissed by the Magistrate, i Craig, aged 38, had denied all charges, which were brought by the Registrar of Companies. Companies of the Mark Craig group involved were; iW. S. Chester, Ltd; Craig Marshall, Ltd; Internationa' Design Furniture Auckland, Ltd; Kiwi Life and General Mutual Assurance Company, Ltd; KLG Finance, Ltd; KLG [Nominees: Mark Craig Properties, Ltd: Nippon Autos; and Redeveloped Auto Parts.
