I Thev are Station Officer I Graeme Daikee and Fireman- . Driver Neil Stewart The certificates which were presented yesterday bv the Commander of the Christ- ’ church Police District (Chief ’ Superintendent G. F..-. Twentyman), commend the actions of the two firemen in apprehending a man who had robbed the Sydenham Post Office of $2OOO. Station Officer Daikee and Fireman-Driver Stewart cornered the man after a 600j metre chase through school grounds, streets, and alleys 'near the post office.
