PA Auckland The Supreme Court will decide next Wednesday whether Mr E A. Gould or Mr K. S. Crawshaw should be appointed liquidator of the Securitibank group. Mr Gould. chief Official Asignee and present provisional liquidator, and Mr Crawshaw. the choice of a large consortium of investors, were both nominated at a creditors’ meeting last Monday. lin a poll they tied and Mr Gould decided that the Court should be asked to decide between them The Court will also choose a three-man committee of inspection out of six men nominated.
