A “No stopping” restriction has been placed on the northern side of Lincoln Road by the National Roads (Board to improve traffic [flow at the junction of Lincoln Road and Torrens Road. I The restriction begins I from the kerb line on the south-west side of Torrens (Road and extends southI westward for 30.5 m. i The restriction is intended (to improve visibility at the (junction and at the entrance land exit of a service station i there. It should improve (traffic flow by providing a (lane for traffic turning left (from Lincoln Road into Tor'rens Road.
