Capital City Radio. Ltd, turned a loss of $58,668 into an unaudited net profit of $16,064 in the year to October 31, the directors say in a brief preliminary report. Depreciation on the transmitter assets has been adjusted so that they are amortised over the period of the renegotiated lease of the transmitter site land, they say. The resultant increase in profit included in the above figure amounts to $4863. This change of policy has resulted in an adjustment to prior years’ losses in the form of a reduction of $994.
