Allen Industries, Ltd, in-H | creased unaudited group netP .profit for the year to Decern-1 ber 31 56.5 per cent tot $624,356 from $399,194. including estimated share of;* retained profits of associated • companies of $162,282 compared with $55,304. The profit was after providing $198,757 ($119,492) for tax and including $1984 for unrealised profit on devalua- * tion. The directors recommend a final dividend of 10c a share payable on April 1 : from unappropriated profits, **ex dividend March 21.
