Davis Cup final on
NZPA Rome’ The Italian Government has given the go-ahead to the Italian team to play the Davis Cup finals in Chile despite leftist demands that the finals be boycotted, the Associated Press reported. “It cannot be allowed that an international sports competition should represent a display of political thinking,” the Minister of Tourism, Mr Dario Antoniozzi, said in a statement.
