ENERGY SAVER
X reduction in bills is possible with an energysa\ Ing tap manufactured by F. R. Markham. Ltd, and d:.-tributed by Plumbers. Ltd. The Pillarmix spray tap helps conserve both water and energy. It can reduce the water flow rate by up to 75 per cent depending on pressure. Savings are made mainly because a minimal
quantity' of water is necessary for hand washing when supplied at a selected temperature in the form of a spray. The temperature rises while the tap is opened but the quantity used remains constant. Washing in running spray is also recognised as the most hygienic method of cleansing. The
tap is used in many’ hospitals and commercial installations as well as private homes. Possible scalding is avoided because the tap supplies a spray rather than a solid stream of hot water. The single control rotating through 260 degrees provides on, off and a full range of water temperatures.
