Recent expansion of our own operation now provides for continuous coating of steel and aluminium in widths up to 1220 mm (48 ’). Total painting capacity at Hunter Douglas now exceeds 150 million sq. ft. per annum. The continuous colour coating process is the most economical way of painting for industry and comprises controlled cleaning, etching, prime-coating and finished coat which can be supplied in a large variety of paint finishes such as acrylics, alkyds, silicon polyesters and numerous other paint systems to the customer’s own specification.
