N.Z. bowlers win again
In another match, New Zealand beat Ballarat and District, 7-5.
Winners for New’ Zealand were Kevin Boothby (men's singles), 20-9, men’s pairs, 24-12, triples, 20-18, fours 21-17, mixed pairs 22-16, women’s triples, 20-18, and fours, 31-12.
Losers were Sally Shaw in the women’s singles, 20-19, the women’s pairs, 23-20, and the mixed fours, 22-16.
With half the tour gone, the New Zealand team has beaten five district teams and lost to the full Victorian state side.
