Public Notices WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL WAIMAIRI COUNTY BY-LAW 1976—N0. 2 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the powers vested in it by "The Counties Act 1956” and amendments thereto and ali powers thereunto enabling it the Waimairi County Council at an Ordinary Meeting of the Council held on August 18, 1976, in the Council Chambers, Fendalton, resolved by w-ay of Special Order to make a By-Law, the short title of which is:— "Waimairi County Bv-Law 1976—N0. 2.” The object and purport of this by-law’ is to re-instate clauses relating to lighting of fires in the County which were deleted from the Waimairi County By-Law 1966 (No. 1) by the Waimairi County (Building) By-Law--1974 (No. 1).
