P.M. sued by C.A.R.E.
PA Auckland The Prime Minister (Mr Muldoon) is being sued for $22,500 by the president of the Citizens’ Association for Racial Equality and by the association itself for alleged defamation. A writ filed in the Supreme Court at Auckland yesterday names Thomas Oliver Nev (tarn as first plaintiff and C.A.R.E. as second plaintiff. The first plaintiff is suing Mr Muldoon for $20,000, and the second plaintiff is suing him for $2500.
