A 35-year-oM servant who was in a village near Milan 16 days ago when poisonous gas from a factory leaked over a 37-acre area has died suddenly, causing Italians to fear that she may have been the first human victim of the spillage Fortv-three famili< ■- living near the Swiss-owned femesa factory have been evacuated from the region. 12 miles west of Milan.
