Health care
Sir, —Health care is not a “right,” nor is it a charity. Anything one wants in this life has to be earned, worked for. Somebody has to produce the exports to pay for the import of the heart unit; many people have to study for years (and be fed and clothed) to learn how to operate it; and then more people have to support the heart unit patients while they are incapacitated. We have no right to anything in this world. Yours etc., B. E M. VEALE. May 3, 1976.
