Sam Lowe is well settled

Sam Lowe is settling in well in his new home — a two-room sleep-out at the rear of Mrs Te Ao Tu Te Puke-Watson’s house in Rasen Place. Mr Lowe was forced to leave his home — a small w'indow'less shed on a property in Eastern Terrace — last week, and he is now firmly established in his new home. “He is very happy in his hut,” said Mrs Te PukeWatson last evening. “He feels so secure now that I

don’t envisage him having to move in the near future.” Mrs Te Puke-Watson said he was fitting in well and was now just like one of the family. She said he came and went as he pleased. “Sam is just a natural happening around here. He often eats with the family, and occasionally treats the children with little surprises,” Mrs Te PukeWatson said.
