THE JOB: To provide management with the techniques necessary to recruit, develop, utilise, motivate, arid retain a work force and management team to accomplish the objectives of the Corporation in the most efficient and economic manner - The Personnel Manager will be responsible directly to the Managing Director and his specific duties will include recruitment and selection of all levels of professional and trade qualified staff. Advice to management of appropriate salary levels and employment conditions. Development and implementation of Safety Programmes and Training. Assistance to management with organisation structures and advice on matters of manpower planning. Supervision and day-to-day control of the Corporation’s labour relations sections.
