‘Market in Gulf States’
New Zealand has a “terrific opportunity’’ for selling its products in the Gulf States of the Middle East, the general manager of T. J. Edmonds, Ltd (Mr G. J. Williamson) said.
Mr Williamson has just returned to Christchurch after a three-week tour as a member of a New Zealand trade mission, which went to Bahrain, Kuwait, Dubai, Qatar and Oman. The mission had been very successful, Mr Williamson said. The area held good potential for all New Zealand products. Mr Williamson was the only South Island representative in the trade mission.
