Solar heating
Sir, — Your editorial on solar water heating seeks to induce a neurosis in those who have installed such heating systems. You imply that they are being selfish, while their intentions at best, would have been- quite the reverse — to reduce the over-all energy requirements of the country. Besides, electrical supply authorities ' already have a means of flattening the demahd - curve ■— with ripple control of water heaters. — Yours, etc., N. W. KENNEDY. April 9, 1976.
