! Molestation of women Sir, — A letter of warning ;to all women in Christ- . church, be they resident or ■ visitors. It appears (after a i recent trial in the Supreme j Court) that if you wear | mini-skirts in this city you I ■ are fair prey to indecent as- : sault by anyone handsome . and young or old, drunk and 'lecherous. If the assault is carried out by a debonair! man you should be flattered I (even if the thought of a strange man reaching up ■your skirt and having a feel ■ makes you sick) and if it is 1 done by an old drunkard ’ you’ll have to grin and bear it. Should you decide to take the issue to court be prepared to find yourself ' defending the right to dress as you want without being ’ molested. — Yours, etc., ! W. SHAW. March 18, 1976.
