‘Lion’ lead increased

Bruce Irving has increased his narrow lead in the Lion “player of the day” competition, with three days of senior cricket remaining. His single point on Saturday takes the Lancaster Park off-spinner to 17 points, two more than his team-mate. Wayne Wilson. Those to earn three points on Saturday were Paul Hammant (Riccarton).
