’( <\ 7. Press Assoriotion) AUCKLAND. Nov. 28. After snatching a bank bag containing $3OOO, a young Australian man ran through Green Lane streets this morning pursued bv onhookers. Lhe chase came minutes after bystanders saw the 20-year-old man grab the bag (from a Post Office employee in Great South Road at i 11.35 a.m. He ran oft toward Uh'- Ellerslie racecourse, where a motor-cycle was parked, hotly pursued by the i group. During the chase, the man I dropped the bag and was apprehended by vice-squad detectives who were making I inquiries in the area. The man will appear in ithe Magistrate's Court tomorrow.
