University to spend $l3m
The University of Canter bury expects to spend almosi sl3(2m next year on norma running expenses. The biggest single item it $9,095,113 for salaries. Clean ing and caretaking will cost .$430,000, heating and lighting i $320,000. equipment $576,335 land the library $460,000. The estimated expenditure ■on the research fund it $llO,OOO. This year the uni versity spent $lOO,OOO on the fund.
