Fisherman fined
<Jf Z. Assentation ♦ NELSON. Oct. 29. A fisherman who trawled 1.4 miles inside a prohibited area in the Marlborough Sounds was fined $3OO yesterday. Oliver Edward Gausel p'eaded guilty to a charge of ' using a trawl net inside a line ; drawn from Harding Point to 'Cape Jackson. He appeared before Mr K. 'H. J. Headifen, S.M., in the 'Nelson Magistrate’s Court.
