A two-bedroomed weatherboard bungalow on 33.8 perches of land at Redcliffs was passed in at auction on Saturday for $27,000, The Government valuation (1974) is $23,000. Bidding began at $23,000. The auctioneer was Mr L. B. Allan of Matson and Allan Real Estate, Ltd. A weatherboard "T shape” residence on 29.9 perches at 37 Matlock Street, was passed in at auction yesterday for $13,500. The Government valuation (1974) is $14,500. Bidding began at $13,000. The auctioneer was Mr P. T. Battersby of Ford and Hadfield, Ltd. A four-bedroomed house at 87 Oram Avenue, New Brighton, was passed in at auction yesterday for $13,000. The Government valuation (1974) is $13,500. Bidding began at $lO,OOO. The auctioneer was Mr R. D. Brown of Livingstone’s Real Estate.
