The display, for one week, is the first of several to be held at Christchurch shopping centres in the Canterbury Yachting Association’s programme to boost interest and participation in the sport. The campaign continued on Wednesday evening when Bret de Their, an Olympic Fin representative, was the speaker at the first seminar. The manager of the Olympic team, Mr Don St Clair Brown, and the former world One Ton Cup champion, Chris Bouzaid, will come from Auckland to speak at similar evenings in the next two weeks.
