Woman dies in collision
ifrom Our Own Keporter) GREYMOUTH, October 1. A young woman died when her motor-cycle and a car collided on the Grey-mouth-Runanga highway on [Tuesday evening. She was -Margaret Ann Ryan, aged 22, a school-teacher, of Tarapuhi Street, Greymouth. Miss Ryan was approachling Stewart’s Hill when she apparently lost control of -her machine, which veered !into the path of an oncoming car, driven by Mrs M. J. Young, of 481 Yarrow .Street, Invercargill.
