(Brand) said. “Ships seem to be calling, but there’s just not the tonnage in them.” [ After 11 months, the total [tonnage of 2,024,133 was a 39,843-tonne decrease on last [year. Total overseas tonnage was down 15,232 tonnes, and total coastal tonnage was down 24,611 tonnes. From October 1, 1974, to [September 22, 794 trading [vessels had entered the port [compared with 929 trading vessels during the same 11973-74 period.
