Fern leaf butter

Sir, —At the Industries Fair I was quite taken by Air New Zealand’s catering stand. Everything was very neat and efficient. But why, do we present our overseas visitors with butter made out of fern leaves (or so it seems from the picture on the butter container)? Why not use a picture of a cow, or Mount Egmont with a herd of dairy cows, so that people might know that this good New Zealand product is made from milk fat and not from plant fat?—Yours, etc., JORIS.
