Princess Anne should not receive any more "crank” telephone calls: the authorities say they believe that they have found the man who placed several nuisance calls to her home at the Sandhurst Military Academy, where she lives with her husband, Captain Mark Phillips. A Buckingham Palace spokesman said today tha! the Princess would not pres* charges against the culprit The Post Office has confirmed that one of its employees has resigned. Princess Anne was given a third unlisted number after her two previous number* had become known to the nuisance caller. Staff at Oak Grove House, the Roval couple’s home, answered the man’s calls, which consisted of heavy breathing, clicks, and whistles.
