W.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, August 8. The Auckland businessman injured in a scuffle in a city hotel on Thursday night was “progressing favourably” today the Auckland Hospital said. The injured man, Mr Paul Freeman, was taken to hospital by ambulance after suffering head injuries in an incident in the Albion Hotel in Hobson Street Mr Freeman became a public figure recently when it was revealed that he gave the Prime Minister (Mr Rowling) a document allegedly bearing the names of people interviewed by security officers before the Sutch trial. Auckland police believe that Mr Freeman was the victim of an assault, and the incident was not connected with his involvement in the Sutch affair. *
