CV.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 30. A charge of breaking and entering against Leonard Manning Toia, aged 43, was dismissed by Mr J. H. Murray, S.M., in the North Shore Magistrate’s Court today. Sergeant L. H. Green, of the Takapuna police, told the Court that he had been instructed to offer no evidence. Toia is serving a two-year prison sentence for offences connected with the “Kaitaia bushmen” hoax in April.
