Press .Association WHANGAREI Bill Osborne, the 20-year-old Wanganui cenire who made his debut in the All Blacks last Saturday, is to play at second fiveeighths for the New Zealand Maoris against NorFl Auckland on Saturday. The team was named after the annual Prince of Wales Cup match yesterday, in
