R.i Taylor, S.M., on charges aris-. ing from the wrecking of a| house at Royal Oak in March. \ Michael Joseph O’Reagan,' aged 25, a carpenter, and Pauli J William Mirko, aged 21, un-i employed, had denied charges, .of obstructing police, and' [Michael Joseph Vujcich, aged. ■22, unemployed, had denied ‘ obstructing the police and 'using obscene language. After listening to the cases, I which were heard separately..the Magistrate found all; charges proved. He fined O'Reagan $100.: iwith court costs of $5 andwitnesses’ expenses of $13.1 and Vujcich a total of $3OO with $5 court costs and $l3 witnesses’ expenses. Mirko was remanded inj i custody to April 17 for a probation report and sentence. The cases of 10 other ; people facing charges arising from the incident will be. ,I heard on May 14, 15, and 22.'
