WELLINGTON. March 28.

There was no statutory right of appeal against committal in the Magistrate’s Court for contempt of court, Mr Justice O’Regan held in a Judgment delivered in the .Wellington Supreme Court ■yesterday. His Honour dismissed an appeal by Nathan Dunn , Mihaka. a writer, against his icommittal to prison by Mr J. A. Wicks. S.M., in the Wellington Magistrate’s Court for contempt of court.
