(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON. The Grand National Steeplechase at Liverpool, which had been threatened by a dispute, will be run as planned on April 5, the Jockey Club said this week. It had been uncertain whether the race, inaugurated in 1837, would be run this year following requests by Mr Bill Davies, owner of the Aintree course at which it is held, for a grant of £75,000 from the racing authorities and for permission to stage a £lOO,OOO flat race in the I autumn. i
