Fleece up at Wanganui

WANGANUI, March 7
Fleece prices rose 2! per cent at Wanganui today, compared with the Auckland sale last week.
Long second-shear woo! was quoted as slightly dearer, and short second-shear, lambs and oddments steady. The Wool Marketing Corporation played a quiet role today, buying or having passed —to it only 5 per cent of the offering of 17,431 bales. The offering was mainly full fleece and iambs’ -wool, said the officila report.
