Five hurt on roads

Five persons were admitted to Christchurch Hospital after five motor accidents in Christchurch on Saturday. A bov aged five, Simon Julian Shields, of 55 Francis Avenue. St Albans, who was struck by a car about 11.05 a.m., suffered leg injuries and was admitted in a moderately serious condition, but was reported fairly comfort-able'-last evening.
