Gain for St Albans

St Albans will have the services of the young Otago Plunket Shield left-arm spinner, Steven Boock, for the rest of the club cricket season.

Boock, who played for the North-East Valley club in Dunedin, has been transferred by his firm to Christchurch. He made his Plunket Shield debut for Otago in the 197374 season and played all five matches. In the series, he captured eight wickets and his best score of 35 not out was made against Canterbury 7 . He played in two shield fixtures this season, taking five for 67 in Northern Districts aeC-| ond innings. !
