Zoo director eaten
The director of the Frejus Zoo and one of his assistants were eaten by four lions yesterday when they entered the beasts’ enclosure to try to put them in cages. The director of the nearby Estered Safari Zoo shot the lions. — Frejus. Southern France, January 13. *
