After leading 13-0 at halftime, the Springboks piled on the pressure in the second half. They delighted the crowd of 6000 by scoring five grand tries. K. Grobler, A. Bestbier, K. de Klerk, H. Marais and D. Snyman scored tries for South Africa and I. Robertson kicked a dropped goal and G. Bosch three penalties and two conversions. The French team’s points came from a try by M. Moly.
