VOLLEYBALL PLACING
Smash A won the Deepfreeze Trophy in Division I of the interclub volleyball competition and the Kerdemeiidis Cup for the Holiday handicap tournament. The Congdon Memorial Cup for the winner of Division II went to Y.M.C.A. B. Final points for the season were:— Division I.—Smash A 34, Unl-j versitv A 4, Y.M.C.A. A 22, Smash, B 18, Wigram 14, Teachers* Col-j lege 10.
Division lI.—Y.M.C.A. B 32, University C 24, Smash women and University women A 22, University CH. Smash C 10. Division lll—University women B 21, Teachers’ College women 19, Malrehau 12, Wigram B 10.
Yachting.—Australia will send a team of 23 yachtsmen and officials to the Cork Regatta at Kingston, Ontario, next year as a dress-rehearsal for the 1976 Olympic Games.
