Public Notices MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL COUNTY WATER SUPPLY AREA SPECIAL ORDER Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Counties Act, 1956, the Malvern County Council at a meeting on September 13, 1974, resolved* by way of Special Order, the object and purport of which is to declare the whole of the county Water Supply area for the purpose of constructing piped rural water supplies and other water supplies and to authorise the fixing of uniform annual charges in respect of an ordinary supply of water. A full copy of the proposed Special Order is deposited at the office of the Malvern County Council, Darfield, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours until October 11, 1974.
