Two women injured
Two elderly Christchurch women were injured when their car rolled over on the Main West Road about 1.10 p.m. yesterday. They are Eileen Teague, of 52 Fletcher Place, who was admitted to The Princess Margaret Hospital with fractured ribs, and Lena Peters, of 19 Bartley Street, who was admitted to the hospital with facial lacerations.
A woman pedestrian was| admitted to The Princess; Margaret Hospital with in-; juries to the head and lower; tabs when 'she was struck, by a bus at the corner of; High Street and Manchester! Street at 7.45 a.m. yesterday.; She is Glory Rondel 1, of 148; Marine Parade, New Brigh-; ton. Her condition last evening was given as satisfactory.
